"OooOOohhh, spirits talk to me. Hear my voice across the veil of death and let my crystal orb channel your voices to speak to the realm of the living!"
The twelve strangers in the dark room held their breath as the medium chanted, rubbing gold-bangled hands over the crystal sphere in front of her. All of them hoped to gain knowledge, wisdom, advice and consolation from the other side.
Unfortunately they didn't know which spirits were listening.
"Is she trying that chanting shtick again?" The ghost of Parsifal sighed "Doesn't she know that's an outdated proprietary language? And what's she rubbing her hands over?"
"A dumb dome." One of the others said.
"You know what we should do?" Lorddave's etheral form asked, hovering close to the chanting medium's ear "Th*rk with her head. We'll take it in turns to possess her and the rest of us get to work out who's possessing her."
"Won't that cause serious lasting brain damage?" Supertails' wraith asked with some concern.
"She's an old lady who sits in a dilapidated caravan with just three scrawny cats and the stink of incense to keep her company. I don't think the living will be missing much." Beorn's shade pointed out.
They sniggered, this was going to be fun.~RULES~
I have put you all randomly into a list, at the start of every turn I will PM both the person who is to possess me and the next person on the list so that if they can't take their turn they can let me know in advance.
You will have 12 hours from the moment of receiving your PM telling me what you want me to say. There are restrictions to what I'll wrte, however:
-Minimum 10 words
-Maximum 10 lines
-Nothing which breaks the rules
-No 'hate speech' (This will be my discretion "All gays are very bad and against God's holy will" is fine "Homosexuals are evil shits and should be strung up from trees" isn't as it promotes violence. I'll let you know if I won't post fully what you wrote)
You may vote ONCE and cannot change your vote. For convenience- phrase it like this "Thork votes for Tausami" and keep a running list of votes at the bottom of your posts e.g:
'Thork votes for Tausami
Tausami votes for Thork
Dann votes for Thork'
~Scoring~
-Every vote you receive gives you 1 point (Except the possessor)
-If you guess the right person you get 5 extra points
-If you are the possessor you start the turn with 15 points, every vote you receive loses you 2 points. You can have minus points.
-You cannot vote for yourself.
~How the turns are arranged~
-When you receive your 'possess me now' email you have 12 hours to send me a PM. If you fail to do so you lose 15 points and I'll move on to the next person.
-After I post the result of the possession, you all have 24 hours to cast your votes.
-The game starts tonight
