Eduardo, it is more about risk. Whilst post count isn't really relevant, people with high post counts have a vested interest in the society and spend lots of time here. People with low post counts are more likely to delete pages or write things to make us all look bad.
However, if you wish to write about a particular topic, discuss it with Tausami. I'm sure if your ideas are good he would be happy to paste your submission in on your behalf.
However it is unlikely you will be able to contribute too much at the moment. It really depends how much you have read around the subject you wish to discuss. Help is great, but no one wants to waste your time because you haven't had enough information on aspects of flat earth theory yet.
For example, if you wanted to write about say space tourism, and happen to know a lot about Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic plans and more importantly the flaws in his proposal, that's then useful. Having you make up a story about a chocolate waterfall at the edge of the earth is not so helpful.
