Oh man, this Talisker is good shit. I think I prefer its peatiness to the lighter Speyside single malts I've tried, although they're all very good in their own ways.

I have a bottle of Hennessy Privilége V.S.O.P. cognac to get stuck into later. I chose it instead of whisky because I've been having a lot of whisky lately.

I used to drink alone due to depression. I'm over that now. Now I drink because I enjoy what I'm drinking, regardless of whether I have company or not.

2 and half shots VSOP Cognac
1 shot Drambuie
1 shot lime cordial (I think you are meant to use fresh lime juice).

I don't have a clue what quadvods is and generally disapprove of mixers, but Irn Bru is excellent. Except with whisky. And when you mix Irn Bru with whisky it doesn't look that different, so I mixed up my straight double with some skank's whiskyBru and we both nearly puked.

A quadvod is a quadruple vodka from Corporation in Sheffield. and yes mixers cause it's the foulest tasting thing in existence. Can't complain for £2.40 though.

I mixed vodka and irn bru once, it was lush. I was about ten though and just wanted  a lot of sweetness with my vodka.
