I assume some of you are already familiar with this album, but I adore it. As an atheist it fills me with wonder. Also try it when drunk/stoned. It's up for download, pay what you like.

Being an atheist kind of sucks tbh, but yea Symphony of Science is pretty cool.

Some of them are good, some are just painful autotune messes.

Basically if Carl Sagan is in it, it's awesome.

I consider at least 11 of the 13 to be great songs. Maybe I'm seeing through the mess.

I agree that the majority are good, some are great but there were a couple I cringed at listening to, I'll have to listen again to see if I can pick up any examples to share.

Also, there is the feeling at the back of my mind that some of these sound a little like modern Christian music.

Yeah, but they sometimes feel like they have the 'oh look isn't everything magical and marvellous' quality of the likes of YFriday.

'Glorious Dawn' however, is incredible.

Actually, I think I'm being unfair, they are really good, I think it's just Autotune I don't like.

For my dad's birthday I got him Glorious Dawn on vinyl.

That's quite cool.
