One of the zany experiments staged by the "Mythbusters" television show nearly turned into a suburban tragedy Tuesday afternoon in Dublin when the crew fired a homemade cannon toward huge containers of water at the Alameda County Sheriff's Department bomb disposal range.

The cantaloupe-sized cannonball missed the water, tore through a cinder-block wall, skipped off a hillside and flew some 700 yards east, right into the Tassajara Creek neighborhood, where children were returning home from school at 4:15 p.m., authorities said.

The darlings of the 24-hour Globularist propaganda channel not only have reckless disregard for truth, but human life as well.

Just another reason why MythBusters is a bane on society.

I don't see how one near-accident is a "bane on society." If anything, I thought you would like the Myth Busters, as their job entails uncovering truth.
You, sir, can't comprehend the idea of bottoms.

Then you know that the myth busters didn't say it happened, but rather implied.

Anyway, they made some convincing arguments.  Perhaps you'd like to refute them?

I stand corrected.

Well then, to prove they aren't part of the conspiracy, just do what they did: Shine a laser on the same spot and see if you get a spike.  That should settle it once and for all for ya.

Nope. They were quite specific that the landings did happen. Indeed they confirmed one confirmed "Myth" that Apollo astronauts had been to the Moon.

http://mythbustersresults.com/nasa-moon-landing
"The Apollo astronauts left behind special equipment on the Moon like reflectors that scientists can bounce lasers off of.
CONFIRMED
The Mythbusters went to an observatory equipped with a high powered laser. They first fired at the bare lunar surface but did not detect the laser bouncing back. Then they pointed the laser at a reflector left behind by NASA and received a confirmed bounce."
