I got married but my wife fucked off somewhere after the ceremony while the priest was chatting me up about something and now I have no idea where the fuck she is.

Oh well

She should be living in one of your houses, so you might find her in town wherever you live. I think. Or she could have just been like, "LOL RADIANT AI" and run of a cliff to her death.

I checked through all my houses but she was nowhere to be found. Maybe I'll just teleport to her with the console.

Try it! Report back with hilarious or mundane results. She may just have been hidden in the temple or something.

I keep meaning to play more so I can see the story unfold, but life gets in the way. I have just about gotten the first quest from the Greybeards on the character I got the farthest with. :[ I ought to commit a weekend to playing through the main story.

Fuck the main story.

I haven't even SEEN the greybeards yet.  I haven't even joined the Stormcloaks or Imperials.  I'm just murdering people in the Dark Brotherhood and killing Dragons when they annoy me while bringing up my smithing.  Which is annoying as hell cause I need 100 smithing to use all the very heavy dragon bones and scales I've been collecting.
Gone.

Dragon comes in both heavy and light. Dragonplate and dragonscale.

The heavy dragonbone armour is slightly worse than daedric, which is why I use daedric as I have skilled into weightless heavy armours. Heavy dragonbone is advantageous for anyone that doesn't specialize into the heavy armour tree, as it's not the best armour but it's still very good.

I wouldn't rush it.  It always seems kind of anti-climactic to me to be doing stuff outside of the main storyline after I've beaten the main storyline.

It doesn't really matter what type of armor you're using, you can use smithing to hit armor rating cap with almost any set of armor.

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Armor_Rating#Armor_Cap

Light armor has the advantage of having improved stamina regeneration rate.

Wendy you can probably get a good 100 hours into the game before even attempting to work on the main storyline.  That said, I'd at least do the first part of the greybeard quests so you can get the other two words for Unrelenting Force.

That's because you used quick reply.

Oh, I know. I'd probably make it a throwaway character and use my other ones instead. Maybe that recovering vampire Argonian I made as my first character. He was a pretty okay mage for level 3.

Why is daedric better than Dragon? thats dumb.

I agree, in a way, though it's never specifically said whether the Daedra are stronger or weaker than the dragons. In a game mechanics sense it's stupid to have weaker dragonbone armor.

Wendy you can probably get a good 100 hours into the game before even attempting to work on the main storyline.  That said, I'd at least do the first part of the greybeard quests so you can get the other two words for Unrelenting Force.

Oh, I'm past that one. It's that other quest where you actually go off the mountain to get something for them and it turns into another quest entirely for the blades.

I think you can toggle it on or off in your UCP. Also, I always get a notice when something has been posted while I was typing. Perhaps it was just a glitch.

Since it appears as though no one has noticed, the legendary heavy dragon armor is better than the legendary daedric armor, thus fixing science.

Also, bound bows are superior to daedric bows in the sense that they basically the same but bound bows come with a virtually unlimited supply of arrows. On the other hand, physical daedric bows can be enchanted, so it's a trade off.

I am thinking of starting to put in a lot of skill points into conjuration so my assassin can have conjured daggers only.
When the guards come to question me I'll just say "But I don't have any daggers.  See?"
