I like how the English version has the Nords speaking with a Swedish accent.

All dark elfs are dicks. Anyone whos played morrowind knows that.

Well, I guess you could be right.  I guess that really, the moral of the story is that everyone on Nirn sucks.

Also, I seriously feel like I've played this game too much.  Nothing has ever sucked me in quite the way Skyrim has, including the previous ES games and the Fallouts (including 1 and 2).  Well, except for maybe the last couple GTAs.

Yeah, join the club. I've been sinking hours into it. Fortunately, semester has finished, but it's still far too unhealthy.

I'm now arch-mage of the college of winterhold.   8)

Also, I'll bet there'll be more stuff about the Psijic monks either in a DLC or in the next ES (probably set in Summerset Isles)

I assumed.  Just seemed odd there wouldn't be others.

Methinks it will be meh like Oblivion was. They should just do a remake of Morrowind with updated graphics.

Why so your sword can go through the person but do no damage. *slaps on hand* bad!

You need something like 50-70 in whatever weapon you use to hit almost every time. If you specialise in the beginning, you're not going to have a problem. Stop being so horrible!

Still, though, it made combat terribly unexciting and frustrating.

It's a great game, but I've lost enthusiasm. After you become the leader of the Companions, Arch-mage of the College of Winterhold, end the civil war, and kill Alduin there's nothing fun left to do.

That's why I started a new character. I'm going to clear every bandit camp, bear cave and dragon shrine before finishing the main quest.

I've decided that I'm going to kill every killable character, with the exception of those residing in Whiterun and Winterhold (Whiterun because I'm the Thane and leader of the companions, and Winterhold because I like the college)

Don't the guards respawn? Then there are the characters who just go unconscious. You'll be fighting them forever.

Hence why every killable character. And I don't suppose respawnables count.

Sneak is so overpowered. Standing in Dragonsreach on the top floor balconies, I got my bow out and sniped a guard in the face. The guards all go apeshit of course, and run around looking. Two of them burst through the opening on the other side, sprint up to me, look me in the eyes sternly, and then walk away, as the eye symbol shrinks. What the fuck just happened?

They saw you and decided they best not mess with you or they'll be sniped in the face, too. AI instinctively wants to live too you know.

Oh Christ, that mission with Mercer. He complained about how loud I was at the start, then spent the entire mission wandering around shouting about how good he was, setting off every trap and charging screaming at enemies JUST before I could land my 30x sneak attacks. Brynjolf isn't much better, just standing around at the spinny dwarf blade thing and getting knocked out over and over while I get overwhelmed by the falmer he ALWAYS alerted.
No but I'm guess your what? 90? Cause you just so darn mature </sarcasm>

This is why I do the "Murder someone in a fun way" missions instead of the "Don't murder someone" missions.

Having to stay glued to a player that never truly speaks is probably depressing, so the AI gets suicidal.

You must be doing lots of small sidequests. If you just get going with missions that have you raid dungeons and the like, you'll get more loot than you can handle in no time at all. My little brother only does quests like that, and he has a bit more than 100,000 gold that he doesn't know what to do with.

I already bought a house and just end up stashing everything.  Now that I'm pretty high enchanting level, though, I need to find a merch with a lot of money; a la Creeper or Mudcrab Merchant.

It's not much, but Tonilia has about a thousand gold, which might allow you to sell one thing for full price. I doubt it, though. Oh, and apparently investing in the merchants' business increases their available gold by about 10,000 gold, since they use the 500 gp instead of adding it to their available money.

Looking at the skyrim wiki, doesn't look like there's a real high paying merchant in Skyrim.  :C  I guess I can finish the theives guild quests, which should help a little since apparently the fences can have up to 4,000 gold.  Also I think you read about the investor perk wrong.  [edit]Actually, looks like there is one merchant in particular that can stock that much money, looks like it'd be worth it to bump up my speechcraft a little.

If you're having too many gold problems I suggest:

"Tilde key (~)

player.additem 0000000F 999999999

[enter]

Tilde key (~)"

All of your gold problems just magically disappeared.
