Glaring plot holes?
I don't know how many of them were carried over to the movies, but the last book was full of them. Or maybe not so much plot holes, but general inconsistencies, out-of-character behavior, and the like. The biggest thing that annoyed me was the fact that most of the heroes' decisions on what to do are based on random guesswork and vague hunches, not solid information, and yet every single one of their guesses are dead on target. For example, Harry did not know that there was a Horcrux at Gringotts. He pulled that idea straight out of his ass. But sure enough, a Horcrux was there. Also, at the end of the book, Harry did not know that he was the "true master" of the Elder Wand. He randomly guessed that he was. In fact, the idea that disarming people would be enough to "conquer" their wands is a direct contradiction of the previous books, where people get disarmed all the time but still retain control of their wands. But sure enough, Harry was the true master of the Elder Wand.
