flight times

i have read the faq however found no answer to the question i propose, if i in fact missed the explaination i apologize  and will accept a simple 'read faq' response however i have found nothing there satisfactory.  Flight times would have to be longer on the outside track of the flat earth and would inevitably take longer to circumnvigate.  How do FE'ers reply to this? Thank you all who submit a reasonable response.

The conspiracy drugs passengers and the GPS for the pilots makes them believe they're flying over a round Earth.

that is the worst answer i could have gotten and involves a myriad of flightlines involved with your so called conspiracy and what drug is this again.  the question had nothing to do with whether people thought they were flying over a round or flat earth but had to do with flight times.   I saw i had a reply and thought it may have been at least half educated.

When you're drugged the flight time seems shorter.

They could probably fix it by... pulling the rim together so that it meets at a point. That would shorten the distance. After many painstaking calculations, the Earth should look something like...

He was joking about the drugs.  He believes in the RET, he was making fun of FET.

You send me to a link which doesnt really accomplish anything save for the display of a seemingly useless internet debate which niether party seems to effectively defend their position.  Then, both parties, after getting nowhere other than accusing the opposing theory of not actually being proven, deliberate on starting a new thread for subsequent debate.  All in the name of "noobs" not "lurking".
