Does anyone actually own physical back-issues of Flat Earth News Quarterly? I was never affiliated with the original Society but I'd love to have a look at some of the quarterly pamphlets.

I was a memmber of the FES under Charles Johnson.  I finally went to my storage area and found the old copies of the Flat Earth News that I saved.  I could only find 10 issues from the 1991-1992 area, numbers 75, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 86, 87, 88&89 (that's one issue), plus the top of the membership form, plus my membership certificate (signed by the Johnsons), plus a photocopy of an article in the Herald Examiner from 1978 about the Johnsons also signed by him.

I will scan them this week and send them to Daniel who plans to make them available online.

FlatEarth88,

I was a member of Johnson's society, but I believe you have earlier issues than I do.  The fact that your issues are from the 1990's is a significant contribution as the issues that Daniel has so far posted are from the 1970's and the very beginning of the 1980's:

Correct me if I am mistaken, but you host a flat Earth Society meet-up group which was in existence before Daniel founded this website.  It also appears that you were the second person to join this web forum after Daniel founded it.   Judging by the dates of the 'Flat Earth News' issues you have, it seems that you have been a flat Earther longer than anyone on this forum - including myself and Daniel.

Dionysios - I guess, you're right.  That's pretty cool.

Anyway, I do have all the issues scanned.  If anyone wants them, just email me at flatearth88@aol.com.  I already sent them to Daniel, but haven't heard back as to his plans to post, etc.

They are in .pdf format.  It's all in 1 file that's almost 11 MB.  Let me know.
