I checked the ban log, the reason for his ban is displayed in his ban message when he tries to access FES so he has been told what he did to deserve the ban.

ok, I just got him to log on and show me what it said, and it said "spamming and troublemaking" but so far as I am aware he was never warned, I quote from the forum rules,

Yes I was looking for the post where he got a warning and that is deleted, so it was because he was spamming his TROLL MOAR stuff.
