I hope you're trolling, otherwise your a psychopath and I would advise you to get help before you stab someone for bumping into you.

Not a psychopath, a sociopath. It would seem that he simply doesn't care.
you are correct, i simply dont care about criminals.  i'm not a psychopath or sociopath, i just dont sympathize with criminals like you guys do.

You feel that thinking it is not ok to kill someone over 20$ is sympathizing with criminals?

like i said before, it depends on what the financial situation is of the person who is getting $20 stolen from then.  if i was down to my last $100 and someone tried to steal $20 from me i would do whatever i had to do including kill them to keep that money, and i wouldn't sympathize a bit.

Exactly. A sociopath is someone who has the ability to kill in cold blood without remorse. Or, to use the actual definition, it is a man who is unable to feel empathy. That seems to describe you. Of course, this is only based off what I know of you from the blagoblag, so...

if i'm defending myself or my property then i dont consider it killing in cold blood.

you are not defending yourself when you shoot someone in the back, we've already been over that.

The man took the time to explain to the police what he was about to do, load his gun, aim, and kill a fleeing suspect. I would call that cold-blooded murder.

Pre meditated cold blooded murder. He should be in jail for 10-15 years.

I don't get why murder is not murder when it is perpetrated against someone who is committing a crime. The very reason we have law enforcement is that people should not be able to do something like this and endanger their fellow citizens.
Here's an explanation for ya. Lurk moar. Every single point you brought up has been posted, reposted, debated and debunked. There is a search function on this forum, and it is very easy to use.

law enforcement cant always be there to help us, sometimes people have to act.  i'm sure youve heard the saying, "when seconds count, the police are only minutes away".

Still no reason to be judge, jury and executioner

The danger that innocent people will be executed because of errors in the criminal justice system is getting worse. A total of 69 people have been released from death row since 1973 after evidence of their innocence emerged. Twenty-one condemned inmates have been released since 1993, including seven from the state of Illinois alone.

The penalty for stealing is still not death. What he did was cold, calculated murder.

it was brought up, but if he were guilty of "cold, calculated murder" as you put it, he would be in jail right now.  he's not in jail.

no not always, but usually that is the case.  in his case the facts didn't support any charges.

if the fact that you shoot someone in the back doesn't result into charges it's a sign that you live in a 3rd world country

Texas murder laws are really screwed up. If you get caught in Texas, you deserve the death penalty they give you.
