Lol Seriously you guys are hilarious, i've been to sites like 'landoverbaptist.com' and those guys are fucking comedy geniouses (seriously read their thread about minecraft) but then i found this site and omg like wtf this is great, i've been following you guys for a while and this is hilarious, at first i even thought that this was serious but as i had been here for some time i realised that it simply has to be fake for two reasons:

1) nobody thinks the earth is flat, seriously, and that may be your biggest comedy-flaw, it's too obvious and can very easily be disproved, which leads me to reason number 2

2) you never answer good questions, you either avoid the question by going off topic, state that the evidence is faked by nasa or w/e, or you come with some really stupid theory that has no proof at all.

i hope you can use these two points for something if you some day make a new comedy site.

i know that you will have to say stuff like, 'shut up troll, we are true believers' to keep up the act, but thats okay because you gotta do what you gotta do to keep the site funny, i just wanted to tell you how awesome you guys are.

It is interesting that when confronted with FET, this user found it funny. This is serious business. It proves just how blown his mind was on reading the damning evidence put forward on this site, every day. A person's brain is in many respects like a computer. You input something and get an output or response. However the human brain is better than a computer. When faced with something that 'does not compute' like a flat earth, a computer would be inclined to crash. But a human's brain has a failsafe called laughter. Humour is your brain's way of not crashing when confronted with something you cannot digest. Many jokes are based on this. A play on words or a situation with an unsuspected outcome. Instead of having a mental breakdown you laugh something off.

But I am more worried about the impact the information we disseminate, has on the masses. We quite literally crashed this user's brain. He wasn't able to deal with FET. Its food for thought. I think there must be a more gentle way to allow people to absorb the information without sending their mind into involuntary system error. As a side note, I think Windows 8 should be designed to burst into laughter when you ask it to do several tasks at once.

Some of us are though.  You can attend flat earth meetings all over the country.  For example, one meets near Louisville, Kentucky if you are interested.  I used to run one in Chattanooga, TN.

I don't think they mistaken anything. When people accuse the actual FEB of not being earnest their response is along the lines of, "Am I supposed to care whether you believe me or not?"
