I heard he used to do a lot of drugs but now he goes around schools showing kids what can happen to your life if you do lots of drugs.

The y-axis scales how many multiples of average traffic. So at 1, the traffic was average. The spike is at 3, meaning there was three times the average amount of search traffic then.
