So if the earth was flat, how thick would it be? Like 1 inch or like 10 feet or what?

So far as I can tell, it has to be thicker than the deepest man has ever dug because we haven't hit the other side yet...

But I would do it only on the not unreasonable condition that you try to put aside your cynicism (that life-blood and defence-mechanism of RET belief), and keep your mind open to the wonderful, intuitive truths with which you find yourself confronted.

I would look forward to reading it.  Obviously I am skeptical of FET, but I do consider myself fairly open minded and if you can provide some compelling evidence supporting your position, then I would be willing to acknowledge it as such.  However, you may want to consult with Username (John Davis) to determine if Gauss's Law of gravitation applies to your model.

Now that I would be interested in reading.
Even though I'm strictly RE, I have said before the best thing for FET would be some properly written papers to try and provide evidence.  Not just ramblings on a website.

Should you decide to write, I will happily review prior to publication.  I must note, that as a scientist, personal beliefs do not factor into a professional review.

Unfortunately it will be some time before I can commit to such a task. I have a dissertation due next month, followed by a slew of essay deadlines and finals in April/May. However, in the meantime I shall invest careful consideration into this.
