In May this year my domestic life partner and I will travel from London to San Francisco to Yosemite to Napa back to San Francisco to Monterey Bay to Morro Bay to Santa Monica to London. Mostly (in terms of time) by motor car and via the Pacific coast highway.

I am officially number 10 excited.

Domestic life partner? Is this a marriage issue or a sexuality issue?
Here's an explanation for ya. Lurk moar. Every single point you brought up has been posted, reposted, debated and debunked. There is a search function on this forum, and it is very easy to use.

Sounds awesome!
I saw a slight haze in the hotel bathroom this morning after I took a shower, have I discovered a new planet?

domestic life partner

I'm confused, does that mean:
You're a guy taking a guy,
A guy taking a girl,
a girl taking a guy
A girl taking a girl
Any combination of male/female Transexuality
A guy/girl taking a cat/dog?

Indeed we are taking the 1, in a convertable. Hertz say it could either be a Sebring or Mustang which to me is a bit like saying Piss and Champagne are the same because they're both wet.

Because I've never heard anybody refer to their significant other as a DLP before and wondered what the story was. Even a couple of guys who Ive known for years refer to one another as 'husband' or 'partner'
