 I honestly do not understand how anyone could believe the Earth is flat.

 We have pictures and vidoes of it from space! The evidence is overwhelming. What can you possibly try to use to prove a 'flat earth'?

Actually, the FAQ does address those issues that you brought up.  So while we appreciate your curiosity and straightforwardness, read the FAQ first and then come bring out ideas that haven't been addressed yet, or issues you may have found there.  A good debate is always welcome!

You have shown that it may be possible to falsify images, not that all images from space are, in fact, falsified.

That's some conspiracy! Millions of images and films from thousands of different cameras over the course of five decades, from dozens of nations, as well as hundreds of private companies, and they all have been faked?

I still wonder how amateur astronomers over the whole world (and on a clear night, every single human that owns a set of binoculars) ar able to see the international space station pass above our heads!?

FET writings existed long before the advent of pictures and videos.  The written word is therefore the legacy and those writings have withstood the test of time.  Contemporary writings are still being published with more to be published in the near future.

Maybe the OP should have specified Proof that is less than 100 years old.  Maybe even some proof from yesterday.

I will accept real photos.   As unlike you I am able to discern from CGI and actual pictures.

I just have to say that I love the fact that it says Flat Earth Believer. It's a good thing that you admit to the fact that it is something you believe in like religion, and you do not accept it as a scientificly valid theory supported by vast amounts of empirical evidence.

I also like that you verify this by not answering completely adequate and real problems with your belief with any rational or scientific empirical evidence, but short posts where you repeat baseless claims.

Earth Not a Globe proves that the earth is flat. Therefore pictures from space showing the earth as a globe are false.
Wrong. ENaG is not a scientific text. It is not supported by science, empirical data or any peer-reviewed publisher.

Also, Satellites prove that the earth is round. Therefor ENaG must be wrong. How else are we able to observe the ISS over our heads? All you need are a pair of binoculars (even though the effect is much better with a descent telescope). :)

The term trolling has become highly subjective and can now be used to describe intentionally provocative actions outside of an online context and in this case, Rowbotham's primary intent of provoking others into a desired emotional response is ENaG. And those "others" being the Scientific community at the time.   And the desired emotional response has clearly been accomplished to some degree because here we are, aren't we?  


The actual act of trolling has existed almost as long has there has been even remotely intelligent life, we just now have a cute name for it.

read my friggin' post.   The act of trolling and the name of trolling are one and the same.   Just because the phrase 'trolling' hadn't been coined yet, it doesn't mean that the behavior or result of trolling had never been accomplished before.
