In closing and in all fairness it has been shown that FE has proven the case and is awarded the victory mentioned above. 

Even if the thread went out double to 22 pages the evidence would not be diminished and clearly the FE argument has been made. 

It can not be disputed that quality evidence has been presented. Enough to even sway those that do not believe in the theory to at least start considering it.

I disagree. I have seen evidence every night for years that the light from the moon is actually a telepathic ability of mine to illuminate celestial objects. You can all thank for me bringing light to the heavens.

Except for the part where you provided no evidence whatsoever that the "evidence" that you witnessed came from moon shrimp as opposed to any other sort of bioluminescent lunar material.  I would hardly call that a win.  That is unless you count low content posting a win.

Couple of posts after maybe. The OP admitted this thread was demanding the unreasonable from the start. I will now bow out unless someone posts something of unexpected brilliance. Moon shrimp has been done to death (again) for me, for another month.

*I will not be swayed from my firm belief they are the cause of the moon's brightness, but can't be bothered to argue this any more for a while.

So you *believe* in something you have no empirical evidence for?

I don't believe that the request was unreasonable, James said he had empirical evidence, and I asked for it. It was never provided, and descended into trolling by EG and Gotham. It just shows me that whenever someone asks the right question and it can't be twisted like EG loves to do, it just gets trolled. What's the point of this forum if all the good questions just get trolled?

I have strengthened this evidence by holding up a tennis ball to the moon on a sunny day and noting that the lit portion of the ball is identical in shape and orientation to the visible portion of the moon.  Unless of course there were shrimp-like bacteria on my tennis ball favouring the side facing the sun. If that was the case, then it suggests that the moon-shrimp live on a spherical moon, and favour the side with sunlight.  This suggests that the direction of sunlight is ultimately responsible for the phases of the moon, whether shrimp-like bacteria are involved or not.
