Well living in London, Ontario, we got some snow over the weekend.

The same snowstorm that froze mail delivery, shut down city hall and grounded transit buses didn?t put a dent in the delivery of a commodity that many Canadians value more ? beer. A beer truck was out making its normal rounds Tuesday, the delivery guys even using shovels to make paths for their golden nectar to get to bars and restaurants across London.

I guess the only time to declare a state of emergency is when the beer cannot be delivered.
