I will refute one of the videos that appear to "prove" the consipracy.

The video in question is this one.  

0:50-2:10 : in the picture at 0:54 (the picture that was analyzed) it's only the boot that was lit., if there was another light source, the entire area would be lit. However, we can see many surrounding dark parts. Also:

2:20-3:00 : It is totally possible for one side of someone to be in light, and one side to be in darkness. if you hold a flashlight to something opaque, the side towards the flashlight is in light, and the other side is in darkness.

conclusion: the "extra light" was not there. Also: at 4:20 the rocks would have 2 shadows, and so would the US flag.

6:00-7:30, earth light, uneven ground, camera lens all have an effect on uneven lighting.

7:30-9:00 Also, remember the moon ground is uneven, so the horizon at eye level while the cameras are strapped to the chest is totally possible. The video does not show us where they got the "few inches" from, no math, nothing.

 
Also: keep in mind:
the moon can reflect light
the moon is uneven
the moon has no atmosphere
the moon can also be a light source if it reflects the light.

The link you provided is an attempted rebuttal of the Fox TV segment about the Moon Hoax.

The video in the OP with the Dr. David Groves analysis is not the Fox TV segment.

Explain why the source is to the right of the astronaut taking the picture. Explain why there can't be a light source from rocks or space.

Moon Rocks are gray in color, relatively dull in reflectivity, and could not cause the hotspot as seen in the video.

"moon" rocks have high concentrations of iron and a myriad of other potentially lustrous metals, your assertion of low reflectivity is not necessarily sound, please look into some elementary geology courses.

There are potentially multiple sources of light. As the moon reflects light from the sun that we are able to see on earth, the earth also reflects light that can be seen on the moon. There is also irradiance from multiple other sources, perhaps a revision of optical physics is also in order.

This response is invalid, objects needn't be auto-luminescent to emit radiance.

There have been several notable validations of the moon landings, and of evidence returned from trips to the moon. Perhaps it is best to start at the easily understandable "MythBusters"version first, then work your way up.

That's true of most, but not all, lunar features.

I did and found the reasoning unbelievable. Do you believe that we know that angle of hotspot to the camera? If so, how did you determine it?
