What do you recommend?

I often go under local bridge to meditate and read, and recently I've found 12-14 year old kids smoking and listening to rap... music... there. What do you guys recommend doing? Talking to them wouldn't help, that's obvious. Calling the police seems excessive to me, but that's my opinion. Any ideas?

Find a new place to meditate and read.

I meant about the kids. I feel bad about letting them ruin their lives.
