I voted yes, any speech which causes financial loss can be dealt with in civil court.
Also, special circumstances such as in a courtroom under oath should be exempt from certain forms of free speech such as not being honest.

This is obviously an example for loads of people to say 'yes' then watch as he turns it into a semantic debbate to say we all agree with Hitler or something...

In this case I voted no. Any speech by three-dimensional-world wouldn't be worth listening to if I were paid for it, never mind for free.
