I voted yes, any speech which causes financial loss can be dealt with in civil court.
Also, special circumstances such as in a courtroom under oath should be exempt from certain forms of free speech such as not being honest.
I don't know what you're implying, but you're probably wrong.

I think we are being offered a speech, for free. I'm looking forward to it.

This is obviously an example for loads of people to say 'yes' then watch as he turns it into a semantic debbate to say we all agree with Hitler or something...

Obviously, no one here is going to say, "Free speech is bad, mmkay."  You should be a little less vague about what your asking.
You think that a photograph is indisputable evidence?  Would you like me to show you a photograph of Barack Obama having sex with a gorilla?

But he doesn't have to, because that's against his right to free speech.
Here's an explanation for ya. Lurk moar. Every single point you brought up has been posted, reposted, debated and debunked. There is a search function on this forum, and it is very easy to use.

I'm a big fan of the word Yes.
You have been ignored for common interest of mankind.

Yes, if only so that some day people will be able to walk around with placards that read "Fred Phelps dies; everybody laughs (except God who doesn't exist)".

In this case I voted no. Any speech by three-dimensional-world wouldn't be worth listening to if I were paid for it, never mind for free.

My banishment is evidence that free speech does not exist.
How dare you have the audacity to demand my deposition. I've never even heard of you.

I lol'd.  :D

My banishment is evidence that free speech does not exist.

You have freedom of speech, but you gave up those freedoms when you said, "I agree" to the user agreement when you registered.

You have the freedom to say whatever you want, but you gave us permission to ban you for it.

Depends on the situation.

If I was asked to imagine a perfect deity, I would never invent one that suffers from a multiple personality disorder. Christians get points for originality there.
