Q: "Please explain sunrises and sunsets."
A: It is a perspective effect. The sun is just getting farther away: it looks like it is disappearing because everything gets smaller, and eventually disappears as it gets farther away.
please explain a bit clearer ...
(sorry my English is no-good)
let me image a picture:
I'm on an island, and there is water all around me.
on this island i have a tower.
the sun is rising VERTICALLY from east and sets VERTICALLY to west.
it is possible to get this situation right?
so now:
if I'm on the beach surface and the sun is just showing up from the sea
and if I go up my tower to n- floor I will see the sun full raised up above the surface.
and if i go down on the beach the sun is again rising
same thing for the sunset....
so explain to me Please How is it possible the sun to be under the horizon while I'm on the beach and above the horizon in some meters above the surface?
so the point is that the sun is not getting smaller when it sets, but it goes UNDER the horizon! or so it seams ...
here I have some questions:
2. Is the flat earth in this model spins around the north pole?
3. Is the north axis of the disc rotating ( I mean so the surface will be tilted in different direction )
or the point is that the earth is the center of THE ALL and is unmovable ?
