Photographic evidence is always dubious at best. The best way to prove that cell towers exist, is to find one in your are so you can reassure yourself of it's existence.

Why does the picture have to be photoshopped?

There actually are these stations all around, they look different, some look as weird as in the picture, others look more or less like a box with a bit of metal sticking out, but they do a job - allowing mobile communication. There is no need to assume they have anything to do with GPS or faking radio signals. Thats just ridiculous.

I agree entirely. This is exactly why I do not make threads specifically requesting pictures that would prove a round Earth. However, the OP did, and has been answered. Now, riddle me this: What would have happened if no one replied, or if someone said they won't post pictures, because those are not evidence anyway?
