Well it depends on WHERE you want to go.

You could decide to help orphans in Africa or you could decide to kill orphans in Africa.  Lots of options really.
But the first step is to admit your life sucks.
Next, pick something you think you'll like.
Third, stick with it.  Bring a friend to help you keep going with motivation, like a whip.

Depression is balls, but you also need to have some dignity. The only real solutions are to get tighter with friends, take risks with meeting people, and find a purpose for your life.

I think we learned a lot here today kids. There are many ways to be happy and deppression is a serious issue. To avoid it you can use methods such as therapy, working out, taking risks, or just doing the hokey pokey.
