Crustinator shouldn't be punished, unless James & Ichi are too. They are no different.
James and Ichi don't have a long history of being banned repeatedly for causing trouble, trolling, and just about every other rule on the books (including some invented specifically due to him.)
What do past offenses have to do with present behavior?
It throws into question the sincerity of his posts by giving us a constant context. Clearly he is just trying to troll and troublemake. Like it or not, past behavior does have bearing on current his current behavior as it shows a pattern of misbehavior that has never been broken and we can only assume won't be. Also, its painfully clear that he is posting to cause misinformation and to make fun of the flat earthers here.
Ignoring all that, what we are really talking about here is him posting:
I have created a non rape portion of my body (above waist and below thighs). My anus is still rape-friendly.
I have never seen James or Ichi post anything like this in announcements (or anywhere else).
In the future, this kind of discussion should take place in S&C. The only reason I reply here is because I'm about to lock this thread as it has run its course, and unfortunately Crusti has taken it on himself to keep posting in interview announcement threads his trolling and nonsense.
