UA and terminal velocity

 ???

If UA was true, and nothing was actually falling, just the earth coming up, wouldn't everything have the same terminal velocity?

No, it would act like gravity.
If you can't aargue both sides, you understand neiter

Unfortunately no. The terminal velocity of an object is based on wind resistance. Since the air (in FET) is accelerating upward with the earth it would function the same way as RE.

Yeah, remember when parsec used something like this to argue against the oceans?
Samething. the terminal velocity thing is caused by the buoyant air pushing up against the falling object. This buoyancy effect is most easily shown when you take a helium balloon in car. when you turn right, you will move to the left as expected, but the balloon will move right.
