Can you please explain to me, what troll means!

Being not native on the English language, trying my best, definantely not being an English scholar, on the concern of merely studing with the English language, i come across to this troll word very frequently. If you wish, please make an effort to explain what it fully means. Thank you very much and sorry for all the other inconveniences my misuse of your language may have risen...

Then why did you post a debatable statement?

It's not debatable, in my opinion.  I just stated it.  It seemed to me Catchpa was trying to start the debate, if anyone.  Technically the majority of what everyone says anywhere here is debatable.
