Holland - Uruguay. Best game of the tournament I've seen. Fantastic play from both sides. The best side won, I feel.

Holland, 3-2 with Uruguay nearly scoring several times at the end. There were a lot of epic fouls, and three epic goals, by Forlan, Robben and some other dude.

Many people expected a German 4-goal thrash again, but Spain are neither England nor Argentina. They have a solid defense, conceding only two goals in this tournament so far. Ramos and Pique are world-class defenders.

I think Low made a mistake for adopting a non-aggressive tactic and allowing Spain to possess the ball. This is exactly what Spain wanted. Spain love to hold ball possession and wear the enemy down with repeated passing, and such tactic got them this far. They know ball possession denies scoring opportunities for their opponent.

Spain are just better. Germany had a great tournament with the players they had, Spain are just brilliant when on form. I don't even think they've hit top form yet. If they do against Holland, it could be an amazing game.
Player of the tournament Schnieder vs Puyol vs Robben vs Villa.

I've loved every minute of it, despite Englands dismal exit.
