I notice there's no talk of embarrassment regarding the nuclear non-proliferation talks being held in the only country to use a nuclear weapon against another to date.

Being fair it does not say explicitly that Israel was offering nuclear warheads just that they were offering jericho missiles and 'three sizes' of warheads for them which is extrapolated to mean conventional, chemical and nuclear because SA would only have had problems in making nukes.

While I think it's likely Isreal did offer nukes for sale, I don't think this is conclusive evidence, especially as the source is the guardian which isn't exactly bias-free when it comes to Isreal/Palestine.
