I've been looking around on this site for a while and have yet to see a pretty basic question be answered.
Where is the earth's edge? And why have we not fallen off of it yet?
The theory that antactica is really just a big wall of ice surrounding or planet just doesn't add up.
There are actually people who race around antarctica, the "inner lane" of this race spanning "between latitudes 55°S-60°S and is approximately 11,600 nautical miles in circumference."
Now, maybe it's just me, but wouldn't it take quite a bit longer to travel around antarctica if it circled our entire planet?
Not to mention, polar bears live only in artica, while penguins on the other hand live strictly in antarctica.
If you were correct, then polar bears would not exist. Or the two species would be on one giant surrounding continent. In which case, we would see them interact with each other, which we do not.
The flat earth just simply brings up more questions than answers.
I am very curious as to your answers or explainations to these things.
