I still don't understand this GPS issue. Whether its tall towers or satellites it doesn't matter. Concentrate on the distances involved. Every GPS thread an FEer says that it has been shown that GPS doesn't have to be satellite based. Fine I can accept that but now they need to prove that the tower doesn't have to be 26,000 km tall. As not only would that be fairly obvious its also, I believe, larger than the posited FE universe. I contend that the system simply wouldn't work if the positions were not correct. A qualitative argument would be to take the principle that you can find an unknown position using three known positions. Agreed? I imagine so. Well now imagine those three positions are lies, its considerably ahrder to calculate and unknown position from three other unknown positions. I contend that no matter how clever the engineers behind the conspiracy they can't solve the following equation uniqely

A + B + C = X (find X your unique position).

I would argue that equation has an infinite number of solutions, possibly limiting its use as a navigational tool to roughly the same as [insert your partners name here] with a map.
