The Conspiracy; its motives
« on: May 15, 2010, 07:31:28 PM »
The conspiracy and why they do what they do:

I have been pondering as I usually do, thinking deeply. First note that I am forcing myself to type properly meaning iti s going to take me LONGER THAN USUAL for me to respond. i hate typing properly and usually dont bother but due to complaints I will. Now you HAVE to take me seriously and not think of me as a kook. That excuse of "your writing sucks" isn't going to work on me now!

I was thinking that another reason for the conspiracy. So far there are the following explanations:

1) Money
2) a masonic-illuminati cult which is hell-bent on establishing a New World Order. This cult, as Bohemian Grove and the Skull and Bones society in America demonstrate, is ingrained wihtin our political system. It is a religious cult, possibly satanic.

I accept number 2 wholeheartedly. I have shown videos of Bohemian Grove, Nixon speaking on it, Alex Jones and others but have been ignored by poeple not wanting to address my points because they are too grandbreaking of a theory.

But there is a THIRD POINT:

3) Saving the earth. If everyone knew the earth was flat people would lose all faith in modern science! scientists knowing they had been lied to and wre lying to others all their lives would kill themselves! Wierd cults would spring up everywhere and the likes of Creationists and others would becoming a dominant force on earth and intellectual though would collapse!

I think numbers 2-3 are most likely for the conspiracy.

Scientists don't need to lie. They have this thing... it's called the Scientific Method. Anyone that has access to any variety of academic databases (public libraries have access to these, in addition to colleges and universities) can look up what sort of work scientists are up to, and even independently verify their experiments to see if their conclusions are valid.

But if any FE'r is truly interested in unearthing the Conspiracy, by far the best route is to infiltrate Universities and perhaps even pursue a relevant degree, befriend other scientists, do your own experiments, or get a job in the R&D departments within the government. You know, just play along until you get to the point where you could actually inflict some damage. At a minimum though, you'll have to get through the rigor of Physics 1301 first.

You keep claiming to be an ESA, but you actually rarely ever say anything on the side of RE'ers. You're claiming to be a devil's advocate of sorts, but really you just get upset at RE'ers and back FE'ers. What is your true stance?

I'm an ESA as I said before who is trying to understand the FE'er stance. I am surrounded by RE"ers every day so I wanted to look at how FET works. BUT I also understand that there is a NWO conspiracy. So I am trying to find out if maybe the "globularist conspiracy" exists and if so if it is the same as NWO. Probably. I'm not playing devil's advocate im fighitng on the side of the FE'ers  sometimes because I think some of what tehy say has merit. I'd like them to become a major force, evn if they are completely wrong, so people will start questioning the world round them! if theyquestion it more may start to understand the danger taht the New World ORder poses to humanity!

1) Money

- Simply ridiculous and unfeasible if this was the only reason.

2) a masonic-illuminati cult which is hell-bent on establishing a New World Order. This cult, as Bohemian Grove and the Skull and Bones society in America demonstrate, is ingrained wihtin our political system. It is a religious cult, possibly satanic.

- Makes no damn sense. How would a cult possibly gain anything from telling everyone the Earth is round. There is no motive and therefore no reason.

Just.... no. Science has built istself upon the principle that everything must be questioned and tested. If they found out that the Earth was flat, then they would release it as there would be a least one scientist with a public obligiation ingrained in his/her character. The simple fact is that everything points to the Earth being round and the FEs has yet to bring up asingle bit of iron-clad evidence.... at all. True there could be upheaval, but as long its just the scientists being wrong, I doubt there will be anything like you're describing.

- In summary, the "conspiracy" still has no motive. Keep working FES! You'll get something right eventually.

FES and Zetecism have no merit! How often do FE'ers show evidence for anything they talk about? 95% of the time they say their theories like it's fact, then the other 5% of the time it's Tom Bishop or that dude with the anime name who have "done experiments" giving "first-hand testimony". I don't even think you need hard evidence to "be right" when you do "research" in the name of "science" as a follower of Zetecism. The fact of the matter is, RE'ers are just waiting for SOMETHING that the FE'ers can provide as evidence for anything! We provide mountains of evidence as to why the Earth is round and they just dismiss it. So, who exactly has the merit here?

firstly to find the Earth's shape, you must believe in it. (agnostic mean skeptical but still open to the existence of something esp. god). secondly, delve into science, as that is where you will find your answer. the Conspiracy comes from the premise that the Earth is flat. therefore you cannot use it as reasoning to determine the shape of the world. furthermore people do question the world around them: see Science and Anonymous. go to the /b/ board for more information. people on the internet question the world all the time, you don't need to feed into psuedoscience to be a skeptic.

Listen to this man.
A certain user once told me that his senses are more powerful than machines and detectors,
because evolution is greater than man's ability to engineer.
And that gravitational variance doesn't exist, because his body never detected it.
Also that, there's no such thing as an optical illusion.
and not to bother testing them with software, because the conspiracy might have rigged them to make photos appear like optical illusions
