Everybody who wants to be involved sends me an email with their address as it should be written by an international person and their username or the name that they want the postcard to go to. I'll then work out an order in which each person sends an postcard to each other person in a set order and email everybody with their nominated person and address. We'll say that you have to send 2 post cards each round and that means you receive 2 post cards. People who miss a round will be removed from the list until they can explain why they missed the round and ask to be back on the list (lazy people kill this idea). I also think it would be good to include only older members of the forum - I don't mean age wise, but rather time they've been on the forum wise. I guess anybody who has been on the forum for less than 2 months should post asking if they can be in on the movement and everybody else can just email me - so we won't necessarily discount people who have been here for less than 2 months, we'll just approve you first - based on if you seem like a worthless troll or not. By worthless troll - I don't mean a REer - but just those people that post stuff like "loll U R all retarders" and other meaningless posts. Those people are discounted because they already have no credibility. People who put down their name to send post cards and then don't will be publicly embarrassed (unless they have a good excuse, which is unlikely since 2 postcards plus postage costs about $2.50 usd and these days you can check your email anywhere and send post anywhere.)
The same rules will apply. If you wish to participate, you can PM me your address, name, so on, as it says above. The final date to do this will be April 25th, at which date I will message you with your persons. If you wish to give and receive more than two postcards, please state so in the message with your address.
