Why is it so hard to do?

There's three users spamming. Don't lock the threads. Ban the users. Enforce your authority. Institute some type of plan where a moderator must authorize the activation of an account. This is getting ridiculous.

I know, I don't see why they have to inconvenience everybody by locking up god knows how many things.

Normally they lock while they delete the posts.  I don't know where the mods are.  Maybe I should be a mod...I'm here enough.

I personally don't care who's mod as long as they delete the spammy posts, ban the guys who post it and quit locking up everything. If you're gonna do all of that, then I say go for it.

Alright, stop it with the mod bashing, guys; the mods here are kept on a really tight leash *edited as per cheesejoffs request*, so really, they're doing all they can.

I wanted to add more to my one post on the "Great Moon Hoax" thread under "Other" but found it locked.  Why was this thread locked?

Unfortunately, moderators are not given the ability to ban users on this forum set up.
The only people who can do that are Daniel and I, and neither of us were able to be here this weekend.

Okay, I will be assuming that the OP was spam placed around the web.

Second question:  Would there be any problem if I started a new thread with new comments as to the Moon being unreal?
