God only created Adam in his own image (Genesis 1:26), and we all bear his likeness to a certain extent. This is not to say that God is made of flesh and blood and organs  (as he has no purpose for them - John 4:24), but that Adam was a reflection of some of the qualities God saw in himself (inventiveness, ingenuity, leadership, the desire to dominate). Likewise, Adam was created with a perfect body, and only became mortal after he fell out of grace with YHWH. Today we reflect many of the qualities of Adam and God, but we are imperfect because of the fall of man.

The Tree's purpose was to give man the choice as to whether or not he wanted to follow the will of God, which continues to this day.

Jesus wasn't created via procreation. Since he is part of the Godhead, he has always existed (John 1:1-5).

Morality is inseparable from God's character. This is not a tautological argument, that God=good, but rather that God is characterized by his goodness. We as humans are able to come to many of our own concepts of morality thanks to reasoning and intuition, God in his omniscience understands it better. In other words, we need no outside definition of "good".

If God is real, good, and omniscient and he says that we need him, then it would follow that he is correct. The issue is whether or not you believe that God is real, good, and omniscient.

This seems to say that when YHWH created mankind, he created both the male and the female.

Yes but 3 other half brothers and some half sisters.  Other brothers were Joseph, Simon, and Judas or Jude. 

Jesus' half brother Judas/Jude wrote the Book (or the Letter) of Jude in the NT. (Not Judas Iscariot - traitor, and also NOT Judas son of James)
