Huh.
Then, what is that mirror? If sun is 3000 miles up in the sky, where is that surface it reflects off?

Most likely, it would be higher up than the Sun and located above the region beyond the Ice Wall.

Not to mention the Sun is a spotlight.

The spotlight model of the Sun is incompatible with the sky mirror hypothesis.

Well, it make some sense, but how would it be seen, like what? I would like to see the picture of Antarctic sun. Will we find any difference between what we see here and what is seen there?

I doubt it, given that none has been observed. It's possible that it reflects twice, to keep the same orientation.

It is a mirror in the sky.

My ice crystal theory is infinitely better than the unproven sky mirror conjecture. ICT is now accepted by most FEers. Please stop damaging FE scholars by posting the same half baked ideas over and over again.

What sky mirror. You talking that when the Sun is in the opposite point, some far tens thousand kilometers away sky mirror would work?

Yes. It's very high up, you see. And big.

What is Sky mirror btw - where is definition of it?

It is a mirror in the sky.

The fact that your theory requires a giant mirror in the sky to work does not mean that there is a giant mirror in the sky.

It means your theory is wrong.

Well, yes, I can, but even if I couldn't it would beg this next question:

Can you prove that there is no giant invisible teapot in the sky controlling your every thought?

If you want him to answer your point, you might want to answer his, because otherwise he can just go:

Irrelevant.

If there was some form of sky mirror or any reflective surface, you would at some point on the Earths surface, be able to see both the origin and the reflection of the Sun.

Guys, Robo knows there is no such thing as a sky mirror. He knows it's totally implausible, and as there is no proof, and nothing to suggest such a thing could possibly exist outside of his head, i urge you to STOP FEEDING THE TROLL.

All you'll do is get more and more annoyed at how retarded he appears to be.

Okay.
Where is Tom!?

How is polar day possible in the Antarctica.

The one possible answer: they are lying to us, that there are polar days in antarctica. And as i never been there, i would better trust this. But here is no Tom, therefore my faith is leaking.... ((

Ok, accroding to ICT - how is Polar Day possible in the Antarctica?

According to ICT angular reflection of the complex geometry of the ice crystals creates a total reflective state.

Don't try to explain robosteve why a skymiror cannot exist... he doesn't understand why Venus appears black when it moves across the Sun ...

its possible. many ancients, like ptolemy, believed in crystal spheres in the sky. these could have formed over time. i'd say that its possibl that these spheres exist and r the "sky mirror" that is so spoken of. remember that gallileo the liar and nasa l8er came in and were the ones who did tghe whole thing debunking that idea
