We actually don't know about Adam and Eve. It never specifically states that Adam and Eve were the first and only humans. It does, however, specifically state that Noah, his sons and their respective wives were the only 8 people left on the planet, or barring that and assuming that they meant that the known world was drowned, the only people left in south-western Asia, south-eastern Europe, and northern Africa. That's still a lot of sister-humping before you get that area re-populated, though.

Stop being purposefully obtuse, you can't expect people to be moral stalwarts when they are intoxicated, so he obviously wasn't being a good man and this act can't be assumed to be good. Wine is drunk often in the bible, it's moral as long as it isn't harmful.
