Why does the Universe need a beginning, but God does not?

It's a blatant and illogical double standard.

did you read all the posts in this topic?
I did. You didn't answer the question, you avoided it.

I don't need to avoid it, read this again

Quote
Because there was something before the existence of the universe and if in a period of time the earth, stars wasn't there it means it came to being thus it means it was created if we are assuming it didnt create itself
"And say, `All praise belongs to ALLAH; HE will soon show you HIS Signs, and you will know them.' And thy Lord is not unaware of what you do."

"Were they created of nothing, or were they themselves the creators? "

Your quote makes little sense to me.  I may not be reading the comma's right.
Why do we fall back to earth? Because our weight pushes us down, no laws, no gravity pulling us. It is the law of intelligence.

Evidence?

and if in a period of time the earth, stars wasn't there it means it came to being thus it means it was created if we are assuming it didnt create itself
You haven't yet proved that the Universe requires a creator, or that the creator (if applicable) is this desert god you worship.

God is generally thought to not be bound by the same rules everything else (the universe) is.

Also true "nothingness" could mean an absence of physical forces/laws, which might allow for something to come about.

How are we defining nothing? If there was no universe, there also wouldn't be any physical laws governing such things as cause and effect so you really can't tell. Nothing doesn't create stuff because nothing is nothing. There's no time, no space. You have to understand that nothing isn't a void, it is pure nothing. So we as humans cannot answer the question of what "happens" (I use the term "happens" loosely) in nothingness.

Plus, Abdul is acting like there is no scientific hypothesis for the conditions before the Big Band, of which there are several.
If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the precipitate.
