War on Christmas, papa bear Bill is at it again

Sometimes Bill just gets me to laugh so hard, I mean, you couldn't fabricate satire this good.

Honestly, O'Reilly is almost impossible to watch. My cringe-o-meter exploded when he started saying "baby jesus".

Agreed. I find Bill O'Reily to embody basically everything that is wrong with news these days.

Wow. after watching that... i see Bill has lost complete touch with reality.

I am sure if Atheist were attacking a "brown" religion, Bill would be calling them warriors fighting to keep traditional American values in tact.

Know why Atheist don't attack those other holidays bill? BECAUSE WALMART AND THE REST OF CORPORATE AMERICA DOESNT SHOVE IT DOWN OUR THROATS TILL IT COMES OUT OUR ASSES!

Wow. Watch this and have fun.

Bill is upset that gay people are not angry at blacks.

His point is valid.  If you protest a black church the Rev Jesse James and Al Sharpton are going to come and get you in the night.

It would be construed as racist.

Its not PC.

His point is valid.  If you protest a black church the Rev Jesse James and Al Sharpton are going to come and get you in the night.

It would be construed as racist.

Its not PC.

1) It wouldn't be construed as racism at all if they were protesting a black church that promoted banning gay marriage, which would be the only reason they would ever protest it.
2) What the women that Bill interrupted so often was trying to say was that the number of African Americans who voted for banning gay marriage did not make up a significant percentage of the vote to even target at all (targeting a black church promoting banning gay marriage that is).
3) The strong majority of backing for the banning of gay rights in California was from the Mormon church, a very white organization.
4) Just because your protest of a subject doesn't include people from one particular group, does not mean your afraid of being called prejudiced against that group. If people from PETA protested a hunting club that for the most part had only male members, that doesn't mean they were afraid of protesting a woman's-only-hunting-club for fear of being called sexist.
5) Not even relevant to Christmas, gtfo

Can't at work but I'm guessing (after looking at a few news sites over lunch) that this is about the Humanist campaign?

This summarises: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/12/02/us/02atheist.html

Athiests say you can be good without God.

O'reilly interprets this as "we are jealous of your religion and we hate the baby jesus"

Compared to that, yes.

Bull. MSNBC uses the Huffington post for sources. A company that says Themistocles they are a liberal organization and distorts the facts.

I've never seen him make a valid point.

I'm sure you have, you're just too stubborn to admit it.

What was the slogan.

No God? No problem!Be good for goodness sake?

As a non-atheist and a non-christian, i just think if God is the only reason you are giving people presents and not killing people... and that's what you NEED... ok.

But why do i have to deal with it everywhere i go? And i am specifically speaking about Christmas music on the radio.

edit: I have seen Bill make valid points. It's just when he talks about religion and such that he goes completely ape-funk. I like his views on pedophiles and such.

I'm not Christian, and on Christmas I sulk and do nothing, because that's what we do. :(

You're supposed to watch Rosie O'Donnell and Bill Maher. No wonder you're so sulky.

I kissed a Kangaroo on Christmas.

um nothing I have seen on MSNBC distorted the fact near as bad as on Fox. I dare you to find something that distorts the truth as bad as this clip.

To be honest I don't watch MSNBC that much. I get my news from the news paper.

The sad thing, is they're on the same side, basically agreeing with each other... but she doesn't say EXACTLY what he wants her to. It's ok. He doesnt even know their names.
