The Alaska Homepage?
« on: January 12, 2010, 08:17:55 PM »
http://www.alaska.net/~clund/e_djublonskopf/Flatearthsociety.htm

Does this have any relation to the actual flat earth society?

And why is it a sub-page of a website about Alaska?

That is a parody website with no relation to this one.
I'm going to side with the white supremacists.

It's not a parody.

This is the author of the website.

It's not a parody.

Some of the arguments against round earth theory are ridiculous enough to make me think it must be a parody.

That, or whoever wrote this really needs to look at the RE'er explanation of gravity.

I mean i think FE'ers would admit that *if* the earth were round, according to RE physics, A man standing on the south pole would not be in danger of falling off the round earth because in RET gravity pulls toward the center of the Earth not just "down."

Please tell me you all understand that that's how RE gravity works, right?

Never thought I'd find a nerd who knew nothing of what they were talking about.

Guess I can cross that off my list of must-sees.

Are you referring to me or the site?

Because if you're referring to me that was a really pointless insult, since I wasn't making any comment against the real FES.

Please tell me you all understand that that's how RE gravity works, right?

Most FEers on this website have a thorough understanding of Newtonian gravitation, at the very least. It's the REers who seem to struggle - not all of them, mind you, but moreso than the FEers.

What about this one?

Probably a parody, too.
"Study Gravitation; It's a field with a lot of potential!"
