Yes i have read some of them...............but removing AR will not stop this, in fact at least you know where it will be. Rather than spread around even more forums
Stop all this nonesense and bring on the lapdancers.
I understand Jack1704. It's a Brit thing.

There's no point knowing where these threads are if we can't do anything about them. In AR it was okay to post threads like that. If we see similar threads in FED or The Soapbox, we can just delete them and ban the person who did it. It makes a big difference.

I'm of the opinion (and have said it once or twice) that all accounts that are more than 6 months, or maybe a year, old that have 0 posts should be deleted. All accounts of this age that have 10 or fewer posts (or some low number like that), all of which are in threads they started or off topic posts in other threads, etc, should also be deleted. I realise this would be tedious and difficult, but I also think it would be well worth while.

I have a feeling Daniel actually did that recently.

One could do that with a sql query quite fast.

Come on don't be a killjoy! At least put AR or a ranting type section as a child forum in the lounge. Or at least figure a way to hide it so that it doesn't look ugly when you want serious newcomers to explore the sight but we can still have access to it.

O RLY? I'm not really familiar with that type of stuff, so I just figured each would have to be found and deleted individually.

I could've sworn he went on a big account rampage a while back. Oh well, that's sort of Daniel's area, so I guess it goes on his 'to do list'.

You should ask him if it should be done, then give me the powers to do it. :D

What I thought Angry Ranting was good for was showcasing the rudeness and intolerance of the average RE'er and make other (perhaps more levelheaded) individuals a bit more conscious of the bigotry pervading our society. I sympathize with the administration though, and can understand why they're doing what they are.

This. I think the reshuffle is a really good idea, and I'm glad that the administration is taking action to attempt to get us a more positive view in the public eye. I am glad the Complete Nonsense got to stay though.

Aww.. AR was where the fun was at.
I'm sorry. Am I to understand that when you have a boner you like to imagine punching the shit out of Tom Bishop? That's disgusting.

If you your not gonna use a Christmas theme on the Lounge, make a new skin up or something, I liked the dimmer mood/colors of CN.

I'm going to have to disagree. I like the current skin on the forum.

My initial reaction was something along the lines of "who are you and what have you done with FES?"

It hasn't changed.
I'm going to side with the white supremacists.

Now that we have a brand spanking new suggestions board, I'm going to lock this.
