Fixed.  You shouldn't make assumptions about FE'ers not on this site.

I believe in God but religion doesn't really affect how I view the Earth.

If anything it's the other way around. When I gave up the ghost of religion I began to question the other things I'd taken as a given simply because figures of authority stated them as such.
No but I'm guess your what? 90? Cause you just so darn mature </sarcasm>

The shape of the earth has no effect on my religion.
I'm sorry. Am I to understand that when you have a boner you like to imagine punching the shit out of Tom Bishop? That's disgusting.

No. My religion has not changed at all and I belong to the same religion now that I belonged to before I became a Flat Earther. There are many believers who are Round Earthers and there are atheists who are Flat Earthers. In fact I have determined  to try  not bring religion into any discussion on the shape of the earth that I have with people.

Genesis: 'in the beginning, the earth was vast'
Raa: 'and it still is'
...28,000 miles [around the equator] is not vast
Everything, is in EMBRYO, not in mathematics.

I seriously doubt even the other flat earth believes will agree with you on that.  ::)

Anyways, in reponse to the OP, the shape of the Earth would have no impact on my religion. I believe religious texts were written in a flat earth perspective simply because that is what they believed in ancient times. I don't think it constitutes modern proof, or that modern theology needs to take those perspectives seriously

People often come here and claim that FET relates to religion according to religious texts. Indeed, there are some religious Flat Earth believers here, and I know there are more outside of FES. However, contrary to popular belief, most current flat Earth models here are not based on religion. My view on the Earth's shape, flat or not, has nothing to do with religion.
