First of all Bingle, the Arctic and Antarctic are not the same thing, and yes, the distinction is important. Secondly, some FE'ers believe that Antarctica is not the ice wall, and exists as a distinct island-continent, much like in RET.

It seems there are so many differnt views on the make up of FE that there is always an easy way out of any argument by simply using another FE model and its slight changes for referance.

Wilmore you belive that there is an ice wall so why not answer the question from your view on FE instead of shrugging it of with saying: some FE'ers believe that Antarctica is not the ice wall, and exists as a distinct island-continent, much like in RET.

I believe there is a rim continent of some sort, but I don't believe Antarctica is that continent. I am one of the FE'ers who believes Antarctica has a similar geographic nature to that proposed in RET.
