Global warming & drained oceans
« on: June 21, 2009, 12:56:13 PM »
I'll admit it: I'm completely new to this forum, despite having heard of it numerous times (shan't mention the occasions; it could be potentially provoking, and that's besides the point). And yes, I've spent my whole day reading through the FAQ, together with at least 10 topics.

Anyhow, I've a question. What happens now that there's global warming? As FEers have put it, there's an icewall that holds the water in. So surely y'all have read about how the icesheets are melting at Antartica (if I'm even allowed to refer to it with such a name; I don't know after reading so much here anymore :P). I now propose this: Why don't we just wait til the ice of The Icewall is all melted away; if the water rises, earth is round; if water is drained away, earth is flat (WOW that'd be WONDERFUL! No climate crisis to solve! Yahoo!).

Your opinions? :)

Quote from: FAQ
Q: "How does global warming affect the ice wall?"

A: The Ice Wall is really a mountain range. It just happens to be covered in ice and snow.
Why justify an illegitimate attack with a legitimate response?

Oh I'm so sorry. I'll try to read more carefully next time. Hours of reading this forum has made me dizzy whoops! ;D At least I now know that FET cannot be so easily disproved! Peace!  :)

Just to chime in, displacement of the inner bounds of the Ice Wall by planar warming may well cause sea-levels to drop massively. I personally believe that the outcome of climate change in reality is much worse than in the Round Earth theory, which partly explains the interest of the airline cartels in keeping the shape of the Earth a secret.

Did you mean rise, or am I confused?

Apart from RE theory allowing Malaria and other tropical viruses and diseases to be incubated way further north and south than the current situation....yeah that's not shit at all. Jeez  ::). Just wait until Ebola consumes your ass.
