Lurk, read the FAQ, do a search or two and for god's sake, use your brain.  Then come back and post when you can make a contribution to the forum.  Hell's teeth, we don't even ask that it be an intelligent contribution, look at KingMan.

Belief gets in the way of learning.  If you believe something, you've closed your mind to any further thought.  I know some things, little things, not the nine million names of God.

ok lets see

From FAQ:

Q: "What's underneath the Earth?" aka "What's on the bottom?" aka "What's on the other side?"

A: This is unknown. Some believe it to be just rocks, others believe the Earth rests on the back of four elephants and a turtle.

From search:

"The Reason by Nightwish11" - unanswered
"My questions by MrCrazyMc" - told read FAQ
"Skeptic Here by absimo613" - told read FAQ
"Re: Time Dilation by Robosteve" - says there might not be an other side
"Right, I've read the FAQ and that answered one question... by Tom Bishop" - says do'nt know
"Re: Question for FE by Dioptimus Drime" - says do'nt know
"Re: Can the Flat Earth Theory explain these counterpoints? by ItsRound" - says dirt
"Re: Dubious... by Curiously" - no answer
"Re: wait so site is joke right? by Raist" - says shadow object
"Re: gravity by wgzero" - says antimatter
"Re: So, tell me. by Saddam Hussein" - says God is hold earth up
"Re: Fly Real High by Saddam Hussein" - says exact copy of this side, rotated 180 degrees
"Re: Where is the south-pole? by RoboSteve" - says south magnetic pole
"A thought on the UA... by Unimportant" - says "stuff"
"if the earth is flat, then why...... by Nevyn" - says noone knows if there are people
"my theory by Northrider5" - says noone knows
"So What do people think is underneath our flat earth? by dysfunction" says basically we don't know
"If the earth is indeed flat.. then by Unimportant" - probably isn't much
"Space Station by midgard" - says something hidden that the conspiracy wants to keep secret
"Re: Origin of the conspiracy? by fshy94" - says something bad

not really a unified response

lol.
I'm just too addicted to this forum, the debate (when there isn't any trolls) is fun! If I can't participate, due ot lack of knowledge or unable to know how to respond, I enjoy reading the post.

And trust me this website is much more fun than a English research paper. lol

And if I'm correct, the FE'ers believe that the government made up this lie to gian more money. Of course I believe that's absurd, and that there's plenty of other ways to make more money than a silly lie about the shape of the Earth.

if i was going to make up an idea like this i would definatly come up with a better government pitch. really now? the u.s govt needs to fake the SHAPE of the earth to make an extra buck....rofl

i would go as far as to say most of the supporters do not look at the countering arguments, visit space centers and try and look at the other side. As you can see by some of Tom's posts he doesn't even respond intelligently. "NEED MOAR DATA"

go to the Kennedy space center in a few weeks and watch the launch. touch a shuttle and try and explain to a rocket scientist why you believe the earth is flat. over the internet is one thing but i doubt half the shit said on here would fly with college professors and actual scientists.

Hey don't laugh at their beliefs not matter how riduculus they are. Some of the intellegent FE'ers on here do give a good amount of insite making their ideas seem plausable (not possible). And to prove them wrong I have been researching more on physics and astronomy. So in a way this forum has opened my mind.

But then again laughing isn't so bad... lol

The continued existence of this thread begs to differ.

the fact that the only evidence you have is a few experiments and gigantic twists to contemporary physics is what continues this thread. not the actual possibility of the earth being flat.

Repeatable experiments and contemporary physics are more proof than RE will ever have.

all the RE experiments are conspiracies so they cant be used. sorry bucko but saying FE experiments trump RE experiments is a really bad argument.

on this note id like to thank this forum for a day and 1/2 of lulz and now im going to watch a nasa documentary.

glhf tell me how third grade is next year.
