Again, dying in a fight is not the game's fault.  You can do that arguing in a bar, which could make pool the most dangerous game.

How many people have died playing the game... not stopping to fight with another player.
Fighting is part of hockey though it is allowed so stats from that can be used

No, it's not or there wouldn't be rules against it.
There isnt a rule against it, if you fight both players sit down for 5 minutes but it is more of a cooling off period neither team goes down a man

So in basketball when a player is removed from the game for fouls, it isn't a penalty because the team isn't a man down?

It's a penalty because they lose the man... since they play their first string people first, they're playing a second string vs the other team's first string.  That is a penalty.

I know. I was making a point by asking a question.

What do you play, Gayer?  And they're Gaelic games, not Celtic.

Bugger I meant Gaelic, dunno why I said Celtic

I play bugger all at the moment, although I am partly tempted to put a team together and go play in the amateur event in the european championship of snowball fighting  :D

Hockey is ten times the sport that "American Football" is.  Hockey players play with their jaws wired shut and broken hands, feet, all kinds of ailments.  "American Football" players sprain their toe and they are out for the weeks.
I hate "American Football", but you hardly understand if you think the extent of there injuries is so limited. Unless you are purposely exaggerating to make a point that Hockey is better, which would backfire by disproving you.

I'm on my way home now. 45 minutes out.

I have just never seen a hockey player leave the game for turf toe.
Yet i have seen football players play with broken hands, fingers and such. I have yet to see a hockey player effectively play with a broken hand. Your argument is WEAK! Also... you are not pretty.

Mike Modano the year they won the Stanley Cup played with a broken hand.
Modano is from Michigan. Of course HE is a real man.

Also, upon a bit of research... he had a plus minus of 0. That is awful. 81 points is decent... and in the playoffs, he was a non factor. Go Hull.

No, if there is clothing that needs to be pulled down it must be pulled down by the use of your teeth. Dentures are provided for all toothless players.

Rugby is tougher than American Footy and ice hocky!

Lets see those american pussies try that without full body armour... They'll piss/poo them selves.

The best rugby team could not survive a game against the worst NFL team let alone win.
Why justify an illegitimate attack with a legitimate response?

Hehe, keep dreaming buddy. You seen the New Zealand team? The Aussie team? What about the South African rugby team. These guys would wipe the smirk off any NFL players face even if he was wearing a full head helmet and a mouth guard. The most damage an NFL player could do to one of these rugby players is make him more angry and willing to rip limbs off.

You obviously have not seen much Rugby played. I, on the other hand have seen many games of Rugby and many games of NFL. I speak from observation.

NFL = More tactics

Based on playing a bit of both back in jr High; rugby is much more exhausting and absolutely tougher and meaner. Calling a rugby match brutal is being redundant.

Exactly.  Most Americans tend to enjoy tactics better than two guys trying to prove their dick sizes to each other.

Except rugby requires the players to think on their feet for the entire game whereas in handegg they have those little breaks every 5 minutes so they can get others to think for them. So actually, I'd think it was the other way round.
