US workers make much more money on average than most countries. And I don't really see the need for free health care. It's just another burden on the tax payer, makes the health care system a mess, and is useless anyway. There isn't a person in America who would die without free health care. The poor who really need it can already just go to the hospital in emergencies and be guaranteed treatment no matter how many hospital bills they have past due.
