I tried
« on: December 04, 2008, 03:37:00 PM »
Yesterday I tried coconut gels. For something with a good flavor, it is the most vile thing I have ever eaten. It looks like jello. It starts to taste like juice and is soft, but the center is a lot less soft. The texture can only be described as a pineapple chunk rotting from the outside in.

Or don't eat anything that is made mostly of bacterially processed coconut milk.

But if it's vile and rotting, I don't think I'd want to eat it.

It isn't rotting. It isn't vile. It just has an odd texture.

Oh... kind of vile. It had the texture of rotten pineapple. It is not rotten though.

Funnily enough, I also ate something with coconut yesterday. Though it was actual coconut, not some weird jello.

Toasted coconut shavings are great in white hot chocolate.

I despise white chocolate. It tastes like butter, but without the salt. ugh.

I've always prefer solid dark chocolate than solid white chocolate, but in a drink white is far superior.
