That's because we Muslims are following the orders of our God, he ordered something we do it. Allah said in the Quran >>>

"And when thou seest those who engage in vain discourse concerning OUR Signs, then turn thou away from them until they engage in a discourse other than that. And if Satan should cause thee to forget, then sit not, after recollection, with the unjust people."

"And abuse not those whom they call upon besides ALLAH, lest they, out of spite, abuse ALLAH in their ignorance."

And there are many other verses that doesn't allow us to stay with such people.

Why should Christians be angry and feel offended, we are following the teachings of Quran 100% when we pray, worship one Almighty God. However Christians they are not following their own bible that clearly stated in many verses that Jesus was only a human approved by God and there is only one Almighty God. We Muslims we have task, since we knew the right path, we have the knowledge of the truth we should let other humans also know it otherwise we are afraid that in the day of Judgment God will ask us, Oh Muslim you knew the truth, you knew the right path, then why you didn't save your Christian friend when you saw that he was in the wrong path, what did your knowledge did to you if you didn't use it? when Christians do whatever they do we feel both sad and angry! Sad for them and angry because they are insulting their own Almighty God and ours. However we Muslims, no creator in this universe can say we are insulting Almighty God, in fact we Muslims we insult ourselves to a level where we put our head on the ground for the sake of this Almighty God, among Arabs before Islam they would have preferred dying than doing so, so Christians shouldn't feel offended

That's good an all, I don't mean to suggest you should stay with people you don't want to, just the part as to what is offensive.  If I just happen to like the name Allah and name my dog that, I don't see why a Muslim would take offense.  If I recall, both Muslim and Jewish faiths don't eat pork - and I could understand you thinking a Muslim doing that is wrong.  But a non-Muslim?  You wouldn't be offended by me eating pork, just because it's against your religion right?  As I am a non-Muslim, it shouldn't bother you, anymore than anything else I do that runs counter to the Muslim faith. 

But, while they generally will think you are going to Hell, they'll still respect your right to follow your own religious path, and not take personal offense to how you do it.

Hi Paddy, I really understand what you mean but as I said before, Allah said in the Quran don't stay or talk with people who are insulting Allah, Allah is far above this level, we have a direct orders from Allah that we must not do that otherwise we will be disobeying Allah. Allah didn't say in the Quran don't stay with people who eat Pork, he didn't say don't talk to Christians, Jews and other human beings, he said if people said bad things to you respond kindly. However when there are group of people insulting Allah himself then don't sit with them that's why I as a Muslim cannot do that because am following that orders.

Yeah I totally understand that, the same thing for Islam, Allah taught us that we must not force people to be Muslims, in fact he said everyone has his own choice. However because in Islam we really praise Allah to a level more than any other religion we try to worship and praise him to a the greatest level we can, that's why we cannot be a cause that weak people shouldn't insult them. We praise Allah that we are not allowed to pray for him the thing we do daily without cleaning our bodies, while Christians they don't care standing and praying to God even if they just pissed seconds before without using water to wash their hands, Muslims puts their head on ground to prove that they are ready to insult themselves to this level in praise of Allah...etc did you get what I mean? Muslims praise Allah to a extent far above any other religions. That's why Allah in the Quran said we shouldn't sit with people who would insult him.

In fact we Muslims have extra respect for God and his Prophets, no Muslim can make fun of Jesus even though in our believes he is only a messenger of Allah and a human, yet you can never see a Muslim saying even 1 single statement insulting this man. While Christians who considers Jesus to be god yet they insult him to this level >>>

That's fair, I do hope that it while you choose not to stay with people that speak ill of Allah, that you don't begrudge them for it.  I recall some time back Muslims (to speak in very general terms) were offended when those Danish cartoons portrayed a depiction of Allah, which didn't make sense to me as it wasn't Muslims that drew the depictions.

Not all, Muslim means someone who submitted his soul to Almighty God. Christians, Jews...etc maybe but if someone doesn't believe in the existence of God, then how he can be a Muslim, he cannot even dream to be one
